How do I return an item?

Return Policy

All BonVida products and services fall under this return policy. Please read this carefully.

All returns are for store credit only.

For health and safety reasons (the potential for product contamination), we cannot accept returns for any opened or used products. There are no exceptions to this policy. We value your health and safety too much to compromise it.

We will gladly exchange any unopened and/or damaged goods within 30 days of purchase if authorized, in resalable condition and accompanied by the receipt. Please see below for instructions.

Return Procedure

Returning any unopened and/or damaged BonVida product(s) is quick and easy. To ensure proper credit, please follow these 3 simple steps:
  1. Call for a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#)
  2. Clearly write the RMA# on the receipt and outside of the box
  3. Place the receipt inside the box to be returned
If any of the above steps are omitted, we will not be able to give you proper credit because we won't know who to give it to.
